## Get help

For questions, feedback or privacy requests, email the address above. If reporting a problem, include your device model, Android or iOS version, MaskPX version and the steps that led to it. You can copy the app version from About. A screenshot with sensitive details removed can help; do not send passwords or unnecessary personal images. Support is provided by an individual developer; a fixed response time is not guaranteed.

## Where is my saved image?

A local work or draft is not the same as a new image in your photo library. Use Export, review the result and choose the available save or share action. The original image is not overwritten. Gallery saving may require permission; check your device settings if it fails. iOS may place the image in Recents when saving to the source album is unavailable.

## Delete local content

On Android, delete individual works or use Settings > Clear local works. Presets, exports and copies in your photo library or other apps have separate lifetimes. Delete saved watermark presets with their management controls. The developer cannot access or remotely erase images that exist only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for cleanup and platform differences.

## Check before sharing

Inspect the exported image at a useful zoom. Blur, mosaic and watermarks may leave information recognizable. Use sufficient opaque coverage when needed, and check every sensitive area.

## Privacy requests and support email

If you contact support, the developer receives your email address, message and any attachments, device details or app version you voluntarily provide through Gmail, solely to answer questions, resolve issues, provide necessary follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. The developer and Google as the email service provider process correspondence under their service and privacy rules, potentially outside your country or region. We retain it only as needed to handle the request, necessary follow-up or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied by emailing feijilbj@gmail.com; if a legal obligation requires retaining some information, we will explain why.
